She created very specific goals with me and for me, and helped me meet (and exceed) them!  Since I began taking my fitness seriously I have lost 108 pounds (in one year)!  Erica has helped foster an athlete's mentality in me.  I am stronger today than ever before, and Erica's role has been completely instrumental in my trek to overall well-being.

 

She's a rockstar of a trainer!  Anyone would be blessed to get the chance to know her and learn from her.
